We encourage you to order your full allocation immediately to guarantee availability. PLEASE REMEMBER: if you would like additional wines beyond your allocation, let us know by adding additional bottles to your wish list! We fulfill the majority of requests we receive for extra wine.
Shipping is on us: details
Order 3-bottles or more to receive complimentary shipping. Fall orders headed to cooler states will begin shipping on Monday, September 27th with hot states (AZ/CA/NM/TX/FL/LA/MS/AL/GA/SC/HI) starting October 11th. Any orders placed after October 11th will ship the Monday or Tuesday following the order date. We will continue shipping as weather permits until sold out. Please let us know in the "Shipping Instructions" if a specific ship date is required and please double check your shipping address is accurate. Any reroutes or reships will be charged an applicable fee.
Combining Previous Orders
If you have any older orders that you would like to have shipped with a new Fall order, please make note of your previous order in the ship instructions and we will do our best to have them combined.
Alternate Pickup Arrangements
Shipping is complimentary for orders of 3 bottles or more. If you would like to pick-up your wines, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. At the moment, we do not have a plan for a fall open house. We can not accommodate weekend pickups but will do our best to schedule a weekday pick up for your wines on your desired date.
We can no longer accommodate long-term storage of orders. Please note that if you select to pick-up your wines but do not arrange an alternate pick-up time, we will be contacting you to arrange shipment.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we may replace the bottles or refund the purchase price. Because of variable storage conditions, we can only replace wines or issue refunds up to 90 days after ship or pickup date.
