We encourage you to order your full allocation immediately to guarantee availability. PLEASE REMEMBER: if you would like additional wines beyond your allocation, let us know by adding additional bottles to your wish list! We fulfill the majority of requests we receive for extra wine.
Ground shipping is priced as a flat fee for any amount of wine purchased: $20.00 within CA/OR/WA/NV/AZ and $30.00 for all other states. Expedited shipping is available; we will charge the direct UPS rate.
We will be shipping starting April 10th through end of the month, first to cooler climates, then to warmer states. If you would like to delay shipping for any reason or specify a ship date please let us know in the “shipping instructions” field when you place your order.
Our Open House and Pickup Days will be on Saturday, April 1st and Sunday, April 2nd from 11-4. We will be pouring current release, library wines, and barrel samples and we will have several wines available for purchase. We’ll send directions a week prior. We hope to see you there.
Alternate Pickup Arrangements
“Pick up” orders not retrieved over the Open House weekend will be shipped on Monday, April 24th and applicable shipping charges will be applied to the credit card on file. Contact email@example.com if you can not attend the Open House. We will do our best to accommodate pickups during the week with two or three days’ notice. We cannot accommodate weekend pickups.
We can no longer accommodate long-term storage of orders. Please note that if you select to pick-up your wines but do not come to the Open House or arrange an alternate pick-up time, your order will be shipped on April 24th.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately so that we may replace the bottles or refund the purchase price. Because of variable storage conditions, we can only replace wines or issue refunds up to 90 days after ship or pickup date.
